The Client:
Wayne Schumer, a New York real estate developer and construction manager is the name behind several iconic New York properties including the PHD rooftop, Marquee nightclub and Magic Hour Rooftop amongst many other hotels, restaurants, nightclubs and townhouses. His company C & A Seneca Construction provides engineering, construction, architecture and design solutions.
Challenges and Insights:
As Posted by Samara creates content for Wayne Schumer’s personal account, we were tasked with creating posts which would reflect his achievements as well as his own interests and aesthetics. We set about creating a series of clean, minimalistic posts which would showcase his work and developments relating to real estate, but would also fit into his own day-to-day posts on his account.
