The Client:
Mylk, conceptualised by Le Cordon Bleu trained Mihika Parikh, offers premium handcrafted chocolates. With add ons such as gift hamper curation and personalisation, and with features in publications including Vogue, Mylk has earned its position amongst the top luxury gifting and confection items in Mumbai.
Challenges and Insights:
As Mihika solely manages on all the responsibilities of the brand, we created a social media package for her that would facilitate her experience handling her social media page. Starting with identifying her goals of increasing the reach and engagement as well as cementing the accounts position amongst other luxury products, we came up with customised content buckets that she could easily execute herself going forward.
